Adam Burgh — AI Product & Team Enablement

Adam is a Seattle-based technology expert specializing in AI product strategy and team enablement. He is the founder and CEO of We Build With AI, a network and training platform that helps individuals and teams build with AI through hackathons and workshops. He's also an AI Expert in Residence at the AI2 Incubator and hackathon lead for AI Tinkerers Seattle.

Previously, Adam was Head of Product Strategy for AWS Enterprise Applications, where he led a new business unit that launched AWS Supply Chain. Before AWS, he ran product management for Amazon's global Devices supply chain technology (Echo, Fire TV, Kindle, Ring, Blink, eero).

Earlier, he spent four years at Uber leading strategy and growth across Latin America — first as GM of Product & Operations for Brazil, then as Head of Strategy & Planning for LatAm. Under his leadership, Uber Brazil grew to over 20M riders and 500K drivers and Latin American became Uber's largest region globally.

Adam holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a BA from the University of California, Berkeley. He speaks and mentors regularly on AI adoption as well as agentic workflows and coding for non-technical teams.
